Assemblyman Blayne Osborn has served in the Nevada State Assembly since November 2025 after being unanimously appointed by the Douglas and Lyon County Commissions. Blayne earned a quick reputation for fighting for the residents of Lyon and Douglas counties bringing his knowledge of the issues to the 36th Special Session and amassing an impressive conservative voting record. Blayne was proud to support Governor Joe Lombardo in cracking down on crime, bolstering school safety measures, and advancing initiatives to bring more healthcare specialties to Nevada. In the Legislature, Blayne has served on the Health and Wellness Committee, Interim Judiciary Committee, and serves on the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Marlette Lake Oversight Committee, and as an alternate to the Interim Healthcare Committee.

Concurrently, he serves as the President of Nevada Rural Hospital Partners (NRHP), where he advocates for the sustainability and enhancement of healthcare services in Nevada's rural communities.
